После тщательного отсеивания фоток после возвращения с трека в долине Лангтанг, у меня все равно осталось 200 фоток, что слишком много для выкладывания на фотохостинге, так что я решил сделать слайдшоу. К тому же с музыкой приятнее смотреть :) Лучше смотреть в HD качестве.

What to do ? - Kathmandu !!

Непал. Я не думал что меня сможет что то зацепить после Индии, но я был не прав. Мои чувства помноженные в несколько раз снова вернулись когда я попал сюда. Катманду - небольшой городок всего в 5 км от аэропорта. Попав сюда, я сразу проникся шумной хаотичной жизнью города. Все это отдаленно напоминало Индию, но все же это что то новое. Same same but different.
В первые 3 недели со мной будут путешествовать мои друзья: Май из Лаоса и ее парень - Арон из Канады. Завтра мы собираемся еще немного осмотреть достопримечательности, и послезавтра хотим отправится в рафтинг тур на два дня, от куда рванем в трек в долине Лангтанг. Пока четких планов на Непал у меня нет, есть общие представления что я хочу за 3 месяца сделать: 1 - дойти до базового лагеря Эвереста, 2 - Сделать круг вокруг Аннапурны и 3- пройти 10 дневный курс молчания и медитации в храме - Випасана. Пожалуй это сложнее чем первые два пункта, так как успокоить ум для меня сложнее чем разогнать тело.

Nepal. I didn’t think that something can shake my feelings after India, but I was wrong. My feelings, multiplied several times came back again as I came here. Kathmandu - not so big busy city only 5 km away from the airport. Once here, I immediately was filled with a noisy chaotic city life. All this is vaguely reminiscent of India, but it is something new. Same same but different.

In the first 3 weeks I will be traveling with my friends: May from Laos and her boyfriend -Aaron from Canada. Tomorrow we're going for a little sightseeing, and then we want to go white water rafting tour for two days,  after which we go for Langtang Valley treking for 1 week. I don’t have the precise plan for Nepal, but here are general ideas that I want to do for 3 months: 1 - to reach the Everest Base Camp, 2 - Make a circle around the Annapurna and 3 - to make the 10 day course of silence and meditation in the temple - Vipasana. Perhaps it is more difficult than the first two points, as to calm the mind for me is harder than disperse the body.

Back to Thailand, Nepal ahead !!!

Итак, результат голосования показал, что большинство все же склоняется к русской версии блога. Для меня важно ваше мнение, так как все же блог создан в первую очередь для людей, которые интересуются моими путешествиями. Попробую вести блог сразу на двух языках, а там посмотрим что из этого выйдет. Вкратце статус на сегодня: я вернулся в Паттайю, где собираю вещи и завтра ночью уже отчаливаю в аэропорт для перелета в Непал. Месяц в Малайзии пролетел очень быстро, не успел и оглянуться как снова вернулся в Таиланд. На юге Тая я долго задерживаться не мог, у меня было всего 5 дней, поэтому я решил потусить немного на Краби, где я уже был 4 года назад во время первого путешествия по Таиланду. На Краби в один из дней я записался в каякинг тур, о чем не разу не пожалел. Места здесь действительно впечатляющие, скалы, мангровые заросли, море. В общем здорово. В другой день я взял на прокат мотобайк и посетил тигровую пещеру. Чтобы взобраться на самый верх нужно преодолеть 1200 + ступеней. Занятие действительно выматывающее, зато вид открывается просто неописуемый. После Краби я на 2 дня заехал в национальный парк Као Сок. Здесь у меня была только одна цель – немного вернуться в форму, чем я и занялся прогулявшись по джунглям более 10 км в быстром темпе, так как вечером этого дня мне нужно было успеть на поезд до Бангкока. Одно путешествие закончилось, но впереди страна, которую я долго ждал – Непал

Thus, the result of the vote showed that the majority still leaning towards the Russian version of the blog. For me your opinion is important, since the blog was created primarily for people who are interested in my travels. I'll try to blog in two languages, but we'll see what happens.In brief status for today: I went back to Pattaya, where I collect things, and tomorrow night I go to the airport for flight to Nepal. A month in Malaysia flew very fast, and I'm again in Thailand. I had only 5 days here, so I decided to hang out a bit in Krabi, where I was four years ago during my first trip to Thailand. In Krabi, one day I enrolled in a kayaking tour, and have never regretted. There are really impressive cliffs, mangroves, sea. In general, very nice place .The other day I took the motorbike rental and visited the tiger's cave. To climb to the top to overcome 1200 + steps. Activity is really exhausting, but the view is opened just indescribable. After Krabi for 2 days, I went to Khao Sok National Park. Here I have only had one goal - to get  a little bit back in shape, so I went walking along the jungle for more than 10 km at a rapid pace since the evening of that day I had to catch a train to Bangkok. One journey has ended, but ahead another country, which I waited long time - Nepal

Cameron Highlands, Malaysia

So I’m back to Thailand again, in Krabi. Have about 4 days before I go back to Pattaya to pack my bag for long travel in Nepal. So my last point of interest in Malaysia was Cameron Highlands. This place is famous for tea plantations and strawberry farms. They provide all the country with tea and strawberries. Besides that there are many more gardens, bee farms, rose gardens and mushroom farms. I was lucky to be accompanied with Teng, my very good friend, who I met during my last trip in Borneo. We departed from Kota Baru pretty late, so the second part of our travel was in the dark. I even had chance to drive the car myself. It was really exciting, I drove bikes in foreign countries before, but I never tried to drive a car. So this was something new for me :)  There are many options how to entertain yourself in Cameron. First we visited tea plantation, where we learned some details about tea. Then we visited strawberry farm, where we could pick any berries we liked, and by it relatively cheap. By the way strawberries in Asia not so sweet. But Teng invented cool thing - she has bought honey and we ate them together.

This area is pretty rainy, but we were lucky to have some time with good weather.

Cameron was a nice place to visit, I recommend to go there if you are somewhere around ;)
